The SEC building has an access control (similar to airport) for all the guests at the entrance on the Ahmadu Bello Way, and the deliveries and staff entrance is on the back side, towards Eko Atlantic City Business District, with a dedicated access control.
The parking building has a driveway with access control and queue area covered by glasses and ten parking levels. The distribution to the floors takes place from the spiral ramp. Fire doors are placed at each floor. From each level the lifts lead the guests to the SEC building entrance at ground floor. A second covered driveway for limousines with access control, allows the VIP guests to easily reach the SEC building entrance.
Three panoramic lifts, two of them on the aviary and green area, and one on the pool, lead the guests to the restaurant, Event Space and Club Lounge.
On the ground floor, a reception at the entrance, and a big bar counter to seat about thirty persons and tables and stools. A partially open area, close to the perimeter wall and the external pool, with couches for smoking guests.
A terrace for smoking people occupies a part of the vacuum above the pool: a particular visibility and the possibility to assist to events on the big screen, as football matches. Toilets are comfortable and overlook the green area and the aviary.
The internal pool, as a memory of the existing site, is inserted in a vacuum: on the top a glass cover, separated from the structure, protect from the rain and allows the air circulation.
The temporary functions space is placed between the pool and the big perimeterwall, is air conditioned and covered by glass.
